Copycat French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer

Recipe #191026 | 5 min | 5 min prep | add private note

A friend and I have recently become addicted to coffee with flavoured creamers (mmm... International Delight...), and then... I ran out - and so did the local store! So I hunted down recipes online until I found this one - it's sweet and creamy and (most importantly - to me, at least) not a powder!!! It's from thriftyfun.com.

20 ounces (approximately) (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well (or in a mason jar and stir up sweetened condensed milk as it will settle at the bottom, and then put lid on it and shake like crazy!). Store in the fridge. Will keep for approximately two weeks.
  2. 2
    Variations:
  3. 3
    a) Add 1 Tbsp cocoa and 1 tsp almond extract for a chocolate almond flavor.
  4. 4
    b) Add 1 tsp almond extract and 1/2 tsp orange extract for cappuccino.
  5. 5
    c) Add 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp almond extract for amaretto.
  6. 6
    d) Add specialty flavor syrups (from specialty coffee shops and the like) as needed for additional flavors.
  7. 7
Please note that so far I've only tried the vanilla - and it's wonderful!
  8. 8
    Enjoy!

Yay!! Finally a fat free creamer without all the hydrogenated crud found in almost any creamer. Thank you so much!

Good Morning- I just made International Foods Copycat version for Chocolate Truffle Mint Coffee Creamer, using your basic recipe. Same amount of sweetened condensed milk, and 2% milk. I used 3 T. of Hersheys Cocoa-unsweetened, and 1 t. pure peppermint extract. This is about as close as it gets! I did have to sweeten my Fiance's cup with 1 t. sugar, but that's his addiction. This came out FANTASTIC! I also made your version for the chocolate almond using 2 T. of the cocoa-excellent as well! Thank You so much for posting this recipe! Di

very very good.... I made both the French Vanilla & I made Choc Mint... how I made the Choc mint was by using the recipe for this Chocolate Sauce (Throw Away Your Hershey's!) and following the rest of your instructions.... shoot I even made the Sweetened Condensed Milk Substitute... very very easy to do & oh all the possibilities
