Another one mom used to make, the frosting puts this one over the top. Eat with friends or prepare to loosen your belt.

SERVES 18 , 3 loaves (change servings and units)

    Beat eggs & regular sugar.

    Add oil.

    Combine dry ingredients (up to nutmeg) and add alternately with pumpkin and water.

    Bake 1 hour at 325 deg F.

    Topping: melt butter and combine with powdered sugar, coffee and vanilla, then spread over warm bread.
