Cocoa Fudge Frosting

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate
• 3 tablespoons sour cream
• 1 1/2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
• 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 cup irish cream
• 1 cup heavy cream

Directions

   put chocolate chips,butter, peanut butter, and sour cream in pan and melt. once melted stir and transfer to a bowl.

   with a hand mixer, mix in cocoa and sugar. mix for 1 -2 min ( at this point it becomes crumbly,, and looks oily,,,,, dont worry it comes together.)

   add vanilla and irish cream, mix well.

   add heavy cream a little at a time while mixing ( this is when it transforms into a very smooth fudgy frosting.) beat til desired consistency.
