This was soooo easy, and tasty. My son loves Catalina dressing and cucumbers for a snack, I made this he gives this a huge thumbs up! I used cider vinegar, 1/2 cup of sugar in the raw, and only 1/2 of the oil to try to make it a little less caloric. Will try to use Stevia next time, as I am trying to stay away from refined sugars.

This is a great recipe. I substituted 1 tsp onion powder for the grated onion. I used Bragg's unfiltered apple cider vinegar, Whey-Low (an all natural sugar replacement) and the ketchup I used was already sweetened with Agave Nectar. So no refined sugar went into my dressing. Tasted fantastic!

Just finished making this dressing and the taste is so similar to Kraft's catalina dressing! Thanks, I will enjoy this often!

While Catalina is rather sweet for my tastes, its one of my hubby's favourite dressings! He enjoyed this copycat so much that I'll never buy it from Kraft again. Thanx Miss Annie!
