We all loved this! I did not use the skewers and I used garlic powder instead of the garlic salt. I thickened the sauce for a nice gravy and served it with mashed potatoes. It was very yummy and everyone, including the kids, liked this! I will be keeping this recipe to make again!

I cooked it in a crock pot & it worked out great. I was very salty for my taste. It might be from the soup mix or maybe the broth. I'll try reducing the salt where I can

Let me be the first to say "Yum!". The pork was soooo tender and the gravy was very flavorful and great over mashed potatoes. It was a little salty even though I used reduced salt broth. I cut up 1 pound of boneless pork chops but made all of the gravy. I didn't use the skewers just stir fried the pork.

This was really good. ALL of my family liked it so I'd give it 10 stars just for that reason!! There's one more meal that I don't have to worry about what I'm going to make different for the ones who don't like what I'm making! I beleive my sil made this once and I really liked it but for some reason I didn't get the recipe or I misplaced it. The pork turned out really tender. I bought boneless "pork for stew". I saw that this receipe made a lot of sauce, and especially since I'm the only one who loves gravy, I poured a small portion of it into a saucepan to make the gravy. I still had some left over. I made mashed potatoes as suggested and peas. A satisfying, comfort meal. Thank you for posting! This will be put on my "frequently made dinners" list!
