The smell in the kitchen alone is worth making this bread. It's very good tasting too.

This cinnamon bread tastes SO good. I just had one minor issue. The center of it was gooey, even after being baked for 50 mins. I ate it anyways and thought the gooey parts of the bread tasted good, but I don't think it was supposed to be like that. I was just baking for myself today, but if I make this bread for someone else I will add 5 mins to the baking time.

Coffe, breakfast, heck this is good enough to eat all day long. I made it this morning and DD woke up and wanted to know what smelled so good. I too added the extra topping on top, it looked just as good as it tastes too. I will spray the loaf pan next time...I forgot. Thanks, this is really good and I will make it all the time now it was so very easy to make.
