Excellent! I made these into cupcakes for my husband's birthday. I got 21 good-sized cupcakes, and I think I could have stretched it to 24. I had topping left over because it was difficult to ration correctly, but these are still wonderful! I will definitely make them again in the cake form! Thanks!

Oh My Gosh! My kids loved this!!! I was kind of nervous because the batter was so thick and kind of difficult to spread, but it turned out beautifully. I made no changes and baked in my Pure Convection oven setting. Perfect cross between a coffee cake and snack cake. Thanks!

Wow,this cake was REALLY good. It was really easy to make and I always have all the ingredients in the house. The batter seemed a bit thick, I had to spread it around with a spatula. It wasn't a problem as it came out perfect. Very moist cake with a nice crust on top. My husband, sister in law, and I ate more than half the cake in one day! Not too sweet. Just a perfect dessert or snack with coffee/tea. I will be making this often. Thanks Juenessa!!
