Nice bread. I used a combo of whole wheat flour and white. I like that it has the added bran for fibre and my kids like it. Thanks!

This came together very easily. I did use 1/2 c. whole wheat flour and as someone else suggested I used rolled oats instead of bran flakes, that's what I had on hand. My kids loved it. I also used cinnamon applesauce. Very tasty treat or breakfast. Thanks Babyoil!

I just made this again, today (still baking as I write this), and taking it on vacation with us for a quick breakfast while away; and also I made this for Christmas gifts as well. Everyone is so please to get it too. Not sweet, a good breakfast, fast snack, wonderful. This time I added that Oatmeal crisp cereal!

Very good. I substituted Oats for the bran flakes as I didn't have any on hand. And also added some raisens. It is a very heavy bread. Not cakey. I feel its a nice healthy snack for our family. Thanks!
