I actually made this up while trying to imitate a lime salad dressing I had tasted. It makes enough to marinate 4 boneless chicken breasts. Great for fajitas!

1/2 Cup (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Toss all the ingredients into a mini food processor and pulse until combined.

    Marinate meat for 1/2 hour.
  3. 3
    Grill.
  4. 4
    Eat.
  5. 5
    Say: Yumm.

This marinade was delicious and so easy to make. I only had dried coriander and it worked just fine by using just 1 tsp. I use this recipe all the time

    This marinade was excellent. I didn't have cilantro and so I left it out and it was still great! I marinated 10 chicken thighs for 4 hours and then we grilled them.
