I made this this weekend just incase I ran out of Ranch. No one tried it, something new and Ranch was available. Well, I tried it tonight and said yum! I am fixing quesadilla's for dinner and this dressing is the bomb on them! Of course I add lettuce to mine and then instead of hot sauce this yummy dressing. It is spicey but oh so good. Thank you for sharing this yummy sauce! It's more then just a salad dressing. I will fix this again, my challenge now is to let everyone else try it Maybe the Ranch will disappear and I will force the issue A very nice green sauce for salads and more! Shirl

This dressing is easy to put together and easy to eat. I made half a recipe for my husband and I, which was actually enough for 4 people. We enjoyed this on a salad of crisp romaine, black beans, bell peppers, fresh corn off the cob, and lots more cilantro. My refrigerator didn't have any limes, but only a lemon, which I think was just fine.
