These are my favorite christmas cookie, the best ginger crinkles I make! Happy to share the recipe!

Ingredients

Directions

    Beat butter and dark brown sugar.
  2. 2
    Beat in egg and molasses, (will look curdled).
  3. 3
    Beat in flour, soda, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
  4. 4
    Chill til firm.
  5. 5
    Roll into 1 1/4" balls.
  6. 6
    Roll into colored sugar.
  7. 7
    Bake 10-12 minutes at 350° on ungreased cookie sheet til cracked on top but soft.

    Cool on wire rack. Do not over bake.

    Store airtight.
