This is a great cake. It is cooked in a tube pan. It is easy as I don't ice it. I serve with caramel sauce or ice cream or both. The raisins and spices make it special. the Recipe comes from a communitee cookbook.

SERVES 15 (change servings and units)

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients in bowl.

    Beat eggs in another bowl.

    Add the sugar and vanilla- beat well.

    Add oil and beat.

    Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.

    Stir in raisins and zucchini.

    Pour batter into greased tube pan.

    Bake 350 for 1 hours.

    Serve with caramel sauce or ice cream.
