This is really good. You might try making it with Splenda, if available in your area. Add a spoonful of Kahlua or orange zest for variety.

Yummmmm! I hardly never make desserts for the low carb family, but this one looked so easy. Yes definitely a keeper. I did use 2/3 c.of Splenda. I may have gotten carried away with the beating, but it turned out great. In fact, I just put it in the fridge and had to run to review it. Fellow low-carbers, this is for you!! Thanks Snuqueen!

Absolutely awewome. I made it in about 2 minutes because I had to eliminate the part of putting it in the fridge for 30 minutes. I added 1/2 cup splenda and next time I will probably do 2/3 cup. This is great. To think I can eat like this and be skinny!

Wow! This is too easy to be so good!! I made one hubby-size serving by using 1/2 C cream, 2 pkg Splenda, and about 1 T cocoa. I think he could have eaten the whole 4 servings if I had made it This is a keeper, snuqueen!
