This mousse was delicious! It was perfectly light and had just the right amount of chocolate (described as "chocolate on a cloud" by my sister). After making it the first time, I melt the chocolate in the microwave, then place that bowl in the freezer to help it to cool faster. By the time the whipping cream is whipped up and sugar added, the chocolate is just the right temperature to add. Thanks for this 5 minute recipe! =D

This mousse was great! I really wanted something without raw eggs. To really give this a smooth consistency, Over LOW heat let the water get hot. Once the water is hot, add the chocolate chips. Let them melt completely over the low heat. It takes awhile, but I found that it was much smoother the second time I made it. I topped with whipped topping and strawberries with some chocolate shavings. Excellent.

This is a superb recipe, easy to make and delicious. I used cognac and stong coffee in place of the water and used Valrhona bittersweet chocolate. It was perfect both ways. A must have recipe!!!!!!!!!!
