Made these for my uni class mates and they went down a treat. The guys kept making orgasmic noises, and said they were even better than Marks and Spencer cookies (a posh english food store). I halved the batch as it's only a class of 12, but before I knew it the whole lot was gone!

Excellent. These taste like brownies - just in cookie form - what more could you ask for! Chewy but not doughy, definitely not cakey. Instead of the chocolate chips I had some solid chocolate (dark and extreme dark) that I chopped up and put in the mix. I also chilled my batter for an hour. These turned out great, will definitely be making again.

I made a huge mistake and these still tasted fantastic! I accidently omitted an entire stick of butter and didn't realize my mistake until I was ready to bake the cookies. (I was wondering why the dough was so stiff.) I decided to bake them anyway since I had nothing to lose. They were too hard once they cooled, but I am sure that was due to my mistake. The flavor was so good I will be trying them again soon (with correct ingredients).
