Delicious moist and flavourful cookies. Because the apple is grated, it is not obvious there is apple in these cookies.

Excellent! These are great to make during apple season when you have a lot of apples to go through. I really enjoyed the cinnamon and chocolate combo.

I had an upset stomach, but wanted some comfort food. These were perfect--not too heavy, but they certainly fit the requirements for sweet and chocolatey! I didn't have chocolate chips, so I melted semi-sweet baking squares. Also, I didn't feel like peeling the apple, so grated it with the skins on, which was completely fine!

Sorry these didn't work for me but it was my fault! I try to stay away from white flour so I replaced it with whole wheat pastry flour-which just didn't work out-but thanks anyway!
