This is a great breakfast oatmeal! I cut my banana into tiny pieces instead of mashing, otherwise made as directed. Surprisingly, this was not overly sweet - it was just right. I served mine with a little milk and really enjoyed - thanks for sharing your recipe!

I eat a lot of breakfast. So, I doubled the recipe. Instead of the chocolate chips, I used 1 tbsp of cocoa powder and 2 tbsp of sugar. This was a very very good variation on oatmeal. Next time I make it, I'll scale back to 1 tbsp of sugar due to the banana.

A real nice breakfast this morning. I replaced the water with milk, and had it with banana yogurt. A nice quick making breakfast.

What a great change of the daily pace. Total yumm factor here. I used cocoa powder in place of the chips only to trim the sugar. If this won't get the kids to eat their oatmeal trade them in because they are defective! *wink*. Thanks Mandy :D
