Don't bother ordering Chinese chicken balls make these at home they are just as good if not even better and the sweet and sour sauce is the same as what is served at your Chinese restaurant!--since this is a big favorite at my house, I always make lots, so I have posted a double recipe, but all ingredients may be cut in half to make about 4 dozen chicken balls. these are a great weekend snack or can be served as appetizers, if you want some extra flavor to you chicken batter feel free to add in some garlic or onion powder or spices of choice.

Wonderfully delicious and better than the chicken at Chinese restaurants! My family raved about it and I'm already making it again 2 days later! I can't believe how simple the recipe is!

The batter on these was FABULOUS. It was SO THICK and puffed up really nicely! I used the batter on pork strips and didn't make the sauce recipe, but I hope to next time. Short on ingredients! I have used many recipes for chicken balls and I'm NEVER happy with the batter. Kittencal, you're my hero! :D These were so perfect, even though I didn't use chicken. Thank you!
