Try this as a raw dip or for lightly steamed veggies, or as a dressing for cold cooked noodles. You may thin this sauce to your liking.

This is an awesome sauce. I didn't bother wisking it - I put it all in a shaker jar and let it do its thing. I was out of cilantro - I'm sure if would have been even better with it. I used a natural chunchy peanut putter and it seemed to do just fine. Thanks for a great recipe!

This is so good. I lived in China for a year, and this is as close as I have been able to get to the delicious peanut sauce found there. I use a lot of cilantro, too, because I really like it.

Sharon, I really loved this sauce. The flavors are very well balanced. Love the flavors all together. I used Lite Soy sauce and did not miss the sodium at all. I thinned it out a little more (not much) and used it over noodles. This is a very nice recipe to keep because it is so easy to prepare in a hurry, and the flavors are so lovely. Thanks for sharing! Miss Annie

This was TO DIE FOR!!!!!!!!!!!! LOVED IT!!!!!!!! It went PERFECTLY with the Chicken I made by Rita L!!!! A match made in HEAVEN!!!!! I did add just a bit more soy sauce, just 1 tsp. more, subbed rice vinegar for the cider vinegar cuz that's what I had on hand, and added an 1/8 tsp. ground cayenne powder as suggested! IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!!! Thank you SO MUCH!!!!!! *In the photo it is the dipping sauce in the large bowl.
