Chicken pieces cooked in spicy Chinese sauce. This is taken from one of the websites. Made this with Chinese fried rice and sweet corn soup. This dish is quite delicious.

This is absolutely great tasting. However, the proportion of the stock to chicken is not right.I used three cups of stock to 3/4 kg chicken and doubled the salt, black pepper, sugar, ajinimoto and sugar. With the current proportions, the manchurian will not be saucy. The gravy will be cluttered with chcken pieces.Manchurian has to be of a moderately runny consistency.Recipie wise this is a prize winner. My husband licked away the whole bowl.
