What a lovely presentation! They can be made in a flash and are extremely delicious! Good Food, August 2008

SERVES 2 , 4 halves (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Heat grill to high, put the bread onto baking sheets, then grill until just golden on both sides.
  2. 2
    Mix the onions, tomatoes, cheese and chilli flakes in a bowl, then scoop out the toast.
  3. 3
    Shake over a little Worcestershire sauce and grill again until golden and melsted.
  4. 4
    Serve with a salad.

    Enjoy!
