Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon white flour, unbleached
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons dried onions
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and blend well.2
Spoon mixture into a 6-inch square of aluminum foil and fold to make it airtight and label as Chili Seasoning Mix.3
Store in a cool, dry place and use within 6 months.

Simply delicious! I usually use Lawry's Chili seasoning packets for my hamburger baked beans & love the way it tastes but not the high price of the packets. This was just as good for a fraction of the price. Thanks for a keeper!

I made this to use in a Crockpot Chili instead of the envelopes of chili powder it asked for. It turned out great. They are all ingreadients I always have handy and it is so economical. I used 1/2 medium and 1/2 hot chili powder and it was just right for my taste! Thanks for sharing!
