For flavor this was awesome! However, for some reason mine was extremely "thin". I will give this 5 stars on flavor alone, as I can reduce my tomato sauce easily enough.

Left, left, left right left...I'm falling in line with the many other chefs that thumbs-up this recipe. I added garlic powder and simmered the sauce for about 5 minutes. Never will I have a need to purchase store-bought again.

Zaar and Princess Buttercup to the rescue! I was in a panic because my youngest needed to make a sweet and sour chicken dish to share for school and all she brought home was the chicken. I didn't have much else in the house so I chose Laudee's Sweet and Sour Skillet Chicken and needed a chili sauce substitute. Come to find out yours is the recipe she used as well!! It tasted superb, DD raved and you helped save the day!

It was just the lifesaver I needed to make #57271 - Hot Crab Dip. I defrosted some tomato sauce I made with garden tomatoes last summer and had this together in no time. Thanks!
