This will add some zing to your sandwiches and mashed potatoes! Kick It Up A Notch

SERVES 12 , 9 1/2 ounces, approximately (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 12 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons jalapeno peppers, seeded,or not,according to taste and finely minced
  • 3 teaspoons lemons, rind of, finely grated

Directions

    Mix ingredients in small bowl until well blended.

    Store refrigerated.

    Experiment- use it to replace part or all of the butter called for in recipes!
