Our family loves chili and this recipe with the cocoa and coke has a nice mole taste to it. It is quick to prepare and so easy.

This is a wonderful recipe! I made it exactly as listed and everybody loved it. The flavor is amazingly deep considering the limited number of ingredients. Definitely double up on the recipe and freeze some for later! Thanks for the real treat.

This chili is great! I added kidney beans and tomato sauce to make it a little thinner. It was so good with corn bread. It'll be the only chili I make from now on!

This was a real pleasant suprise!! I added some garlic, onion and liquid smoke, doubled the recipe and took it to a pot luck. There was another chili there but it was hardly touched!! I don't know if it is the coke or cocoa but this sure was tasty. Would be great as a "sloppy joe". I'm making more for the freezer soon. Thank for this terific recipe Mellen2.

I made this on Superbowl Sunday for the fellas. I doubled the recipe and added 2 cans of diced green chilli's, 1 can of diced tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, & 1 large can of pinto beans. I also replaced the ground beef with chicken breast ground in a food processor. It was great!! I will definately make it again
