Instead of the two different types of canned tomatoes, I just used a can of whole tomatoes in juice and crushed them up a little. This was delicious, the seasonings were just right. Only 4 stars because it really took 3-4 hours in the crockpot, it does need a bit longer to really get that delicious crock pot chili taste.

Alot milder than I anticipated with 2 tsps. cumin, very enjoyable. Instead of 2 hours in the crockpot, I had it on low overnight to be ready to put in my DH's thermos the next morning. Thank you-

The entire family loved this recipe! I will definitely make it again. I think I am going to need to double it though. Everyone wanted more. The only thing I did differently is I added some ketchup to it. It really added to the taste.
