We are SBDer's and always looking for something filling but fitting for our diet. This was wonderful. I didn't change a thing except I doubled everything so we could have it for lunch this week. Wow we loved it my husband couldn't get enough had to threaten him to stay out of what I put up for lunch!!! Thanks Chef LadyRed.

This recipe is fantastic. I eliminated the mushrooms and it was delicious. A new family favorite. Serve it with some rice for a hearty meal. I will definitely be making this again, and again - thank you!

This dish was fabulous! It was not only very easy and quick to make but it tasted divine. I added white pepper but it really didn't need anything else. It is not the prettiest meal... My husband looked worried when I set it on the table but ended up going back for seconds!!! It was perfect for my low-carb husband and I didn't even crave any rice or noodles or bread (and I ALWAYS crave carbs) - it was a perfect stand alone dish!
