This is an adopted recipe. I've tried it and it was absolutely delicious!

SERVES 1 -2 , 1 spring chicken (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Mix oil, lemon juice, pepper, honey, salt and sugar.
  2. 2
    Marinate chicken with mixture for 1 hour.
  3. 3
    Preheat oven to 300 degrees, and roast chicken for 40 minutes basting frequently.

    Broil chicken at the last 10 minutes.
