This recipe is awesome. I used chicken breat tenderloins. I also used 3 cloves of fresh minced garlic. This was AWESOME! Olive Garden has taken this dish off their menu & I have missed it. Missing it no longer!

I made a few modifications and it was practically identical to OG's if not better. I pounded the chicken thin and sliced into 3-4 strips. Used 3 cloves of garlic and added it slightly before the wine to pronounce the flavor and generously salted the pasta water. I suggest "Fre" Dealcoholized Chardonnay for families with young children. FANTASTICO!

This one is a winner! Simple is often best, and you can't get much simpler or easier than this. We tend to eat less meat and more vegetables so I cut the amount of chicken in half and left everything else the same. Had it over pasta. Delightful. Thank you very much for this recipe.
