I just bought the Progresso Soup and more recipe book at the checkout and made the Chicken and Spinach Tortellini Soup only I added regular onions (not green), celery and mushrooms. When I went to post the recipe I found you had one almost exactly like the one I made. Only difference is I didn't add fresh thyme or Mrs. Dash. I used basil and garlic seasoning and fresh parsley. So glad to find I could save typing the recipe and put yours in my file. I will make it again because it is a quick and delicious soup for a cold evening. Thank you!

It's such a great idea to make a soup with packaged tortellini and chicken broth - it's delicious and so easy to put together. Thanks for posting. Made for Spring PAC 2009.

I made this recipe and it was really good, everyone enjoyed it. I had to make a few changes - I didn't have any celery so I used a pablano pepper in place of it and used half the thyme as well as some cumin and dried cilantro to taste.

This is a really good and easy soup to make with great flavor. It is great to make when you have some leftover cooked chicken that you need to use up. I love the addition of spinach as well since it is so good for you and tastes delicious. Thanks for sharing!
