Love this way of preparing chicken thighs. I like to caramelize my onions for quite a bit longer than suggested, an extra 10-15 min. I also add extra balsamic. I like to serve it with couscous or quinoa and roasted broccoli. Thanks for a great, inexpensive staple.

Absolutely fabulous!! I didn't use the parsley, and I forgot the last teaspoon of balsamic, but it was still fabulous. I used thighs with bones. So after done cooking, I took the meat off hte bones and stirred it into the relish. Then I mixed this sauce with the "Lemon Pasta recipe # 30596".. I used all the juice of a lemon accidently, and I made sure the lemon juice boiled for 30 seconds before whisking in the half and half so it wouldn't curdle. After mixing up the lemon pasta, I poured the Chicken sweet onion balsamic relish over it and stirred it and it was amazing! The sweetness of the chicken helped balance out the tartness of the lemon juice. I loved this. Thank you! UPDATE: Have made this several times. I usually serve with rice. We dont' eat a lot of meat but my kids love this one! They even eat the onions!

What an easy way to fix chicken thighs! The balsamic vinegar didn't overpower the rest of the ingredients. I did add salt to the seasoning mix and it was an improvement IMHO. The cook time was accurate and we really enjoyed this chicken dish. Thanks, Carole in Orlando

Loved the flavors of the carmelized onions and balsamic vinegar! The last splash after cooking makes all the difference. Before cooking the chicken, I salted it, since I did not see where the salt was supposed to be used. Easy to do, and surely will make again.
