SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Place chicken in a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
  2. 2
    Melt butter in a skillet; add onion and mushrooms.
  3. 3
    Saute until tender.
  4. 4
    Add wine and next 4 ingredients; pour over chicken.
  5. 5
    Baked, covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  6. 6
    Remove from oven, remove chicken with tongs.
  7. 7
    Stir in sour cream into drippings, and return chicken to mixture.
  8. 8
    Bake uncovered, 10 more minutes or until done.
  9. 9
    Serve over hot noodles.

    Comfort food at it's best! We had over wide egg noodles, and everyone just about licked their plates! Good stuff!

    This is one of the best chicken dishes I have ever had! I didn't change a thing in the recipe, except I used Marsala wine instead of the dry white wine... My son practically licked the plate clean LOL...I will definately be making this again!

    Delicious. I added a few cloves of garlic as I do with most things. This was very very good. Thanks for another great recipe.
