Thank you for sharing such a great recipe! I just made this and had to come on here right away to give it five stars. It is far better than anything I have found in the stores. I used the Tyson grilled chicken breast strips that I chopped up into chucks and I sauted the veggies a little longer than suggested and it was excellent!

I used this recipe as a guide for the vegetables and seasonings. Had a leftover roast chicken from Roast Crispy Chicken and boiled it in a bunch of water then shed the skin and bones. I sauted the veggies on the side and added them to the broth. Then toward the end I added homemade Egg Noodles

I've also found that if you add a can of evaporated milk when you add your chicken and noodles, it thickens the soup up and makes it nice and tasty.
