I made this for my boyfriend and I; we absolutely loved it! Although not quite like the ones at PF Changs, these do the trick. I also served these with a sweet chili and siracha sauce and we gobbled them right up. A keeper recipe for sure :]

I've never had these before but they're easy, fast and fantastic. I added more water to the pan to make the sauce a little thinner. I used 1 lb ground turkey and then followed your recipe exactly.

This is a prettty good recipe however, I remember a sauce or a dip that goes along with it while you are eating it don't get me wrong very tasty! Oh yeah, if you want the same consistancy as the bean thread noodles at pf changs DO NOT follow package directions. They tell you to soak noodles in wa.ter. That is not how it is done. Simply heat a light tasting oil (like vegetable) and submerge them for about ten seconds. The noodles expand and have that crispy light texture like you see at pf changs. Thanks for the tasty dish!!!

This was good. It is a little thicker than PF Changs, but good. I made a sauce to go with it that was really good. Special Sauce ¼ cup sugar ½ cup water 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 2 tablespoons ketchup 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon Chinese hot mustard 2 teaspoons water 1-3 teaspoon garlic and red chili paste I heated the sauce on the stove and thickened with cornstarch to the desired consistency.
