I made this recipe on 3/20/09 for mine and SO's dinner. I first have to tell you that I cheated just a bit, canned pizza dough and pre-seasoned fajita meat were used. But the amounts of salsa and sour cream were " right on the money " I really liked the taste of this pizza, my SO thought it was just o.k.. Thanks for posting and, "Keep Smiling "

This was awesome! I followed the recipe and it turned out perfect! We will definitely make it again. We like to grill pizzas in the summer, and think this would be great on the grill... Thanks so much for posting!!

Delicious! I only had the yellow pepper, so I left out the red. I used Texas Red Enchilada Sauce for the enchilada sauce. Great recipe for leftovers! Thanks for posting!

We enjoyed the easy and quick assembly of these - I had some leftover chicken but used pita bread as our pizza base and a green pepper in lieu of the yellow and red.
