This is so simple and good!

SERVES 5 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Cook onion in oil until tender.
  2. 2
    Add chicken . Sauté briefly.
  3. 3
    In separate bowl mix flour, curry powder.
  4. 4
    Slowly stir in water and lemon juice to make paste.
  5. 5
    Add tomato sauce and garlic and pour mixture over chicken mixture. Mix.

    Place over top of the brown rice.
