This is one time I was happy to include the ice in a smoothie, although I suppose I could have frozen the banana to get the chill factor! Anyway, as written, this recipe makes A GREAT SMOOTHIE, different from what I usually make, but still great ~ With PB & chocolate, what's not to like! Thanks for sharing! [Made & reviewed as a recipenap in the Aus/NZ Recipe Swap #22]

    This was a good "get-going" breakfast smoothie, could not tell the difference between soy milk and regular milk, always love chocolate, but I was not wild about the addition of granola. It's pretty amazing that this has 24 g of protein. This sated me from 5 a.m. until 10 a.m. Thanks for posting, Amanda. Made for November 2008 Veg*n Swap.
