Got this from MSN. Looks like a way to use up all of my cherry tomatoes. I think this might be a good accompaniment to pasta.

This was a very simple and delicious recipe. I had to substitute crushed croutons for the breadcrumbs and I omitted the parsley and it turned out great. My kids loved it.

Perfect for homegrown cherry tomatoes. My neighbors had just given me lots of cherry tomatoes from their garden, so I was happy to use them in this recipe. I cut each tomato in half and placed them in the baking dish cut-side up. The roasted so nicely and got so sweet. I'm not sure this would work as well with supermarket tomatoes. So, if you have a cherry tomato plant, use this recipe while you got 'em! Thanx for the recipe!

I got this same recipe somewhere else, but I tried it earlier this summer--OMG, soooo good!!! This was my favorite way that I fixed cherry tomatoes this year.
