Cherry Bomb Jello Shots

Recipe #308225 | 15 min | 5 min prep | add private note

A friend and I were experimenting with cocktails we like to drink as jello shots. We came up with this recipe and served them at our Cinco de Mayo Party. They were a HIT!!! They went down WAY too easy!!! I try to watch my sugar intake, so we used sugar free jello and sugar free red bull!

SERVES 16 -20 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Mix Jello with 2 cups boiling water. Once disolved set in fridge to cool for 10 minutes. Add red bull and vodka and stir until blended. We use the little paper dixie cups to pour into. Chill until firm and serve.

These are FANTASTIC! Thank you for posting! I substituted the water for Black Cherry flavored water (WalMart brand) and the Red Bull for Sugar Free Rockstar. I doubled the recipe but they were still gone within 20 minutes (four adults).
