Quick and easy, as promised, with a nice flavor! I used cheddar cheese (on hand) and added some chopped green onions with the cheese and chilies. Thanks for sharing!

This is a great way to prepare chicken! It came out moist and full of flavor. It wasn't too spicy and the melted cheese on top just puts it over the top. Did not change a thing.

WOW, WOW, and WOW this is sooooo good. Finally a chicken recipe that I can make that comes out so tender and with great flavor. I did soak the chicken in milk all day. These really does help make the chicken more tender. I patted it dry befroe preparing it. I have passed this recipe onto a few people. I made this with Mexican Rice (25517) and my husband said the flavors went together really well. Thanks for a wonderful reicipe Kim127
