Cheesy Fries

My kids love these fries.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    Bake the french fries according to the package directions.
  2. 2
    Add garlic powder and salt to can of soup and stir.
  3. 3
    Pour mixture over fries and bake for an additional three or minutes or until soup is hot.
  4. 4
    You can also warm the soup and spices in microwave and pour over fries.

These are a great way to dress up frozen french fries. I warmed up my cheese sauce in the microwave. I served these with Debber's yummy "Baked Chicken Tenders" for a quick dinner.

    Nice change from plain ol' french fries. The garlic powder does add a very nice flavor. I used the Extra Crispy Ore Ida Crinkle Cut Fries and they worked perfectly. I also left out the salt,

    Really, really good. DD, who didn't even want to eat dinner, went back for 2nds and 3rds.

    My DS loved this, for extra cheesy flavor I added in some grated cheddar cheese to the soup and heated through to melt before pouring on the fries, also I added in a pinch of cayenne pepper, thank bmc!...Kitten
