Cheesy Artichoke Bread

Not your average garlic bread. Serve along side your favorite pasta dish, or make all on its own for a delicious appetizer.

SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven to 375.

    place Italian bread crust sides down on a baking sheet.
  3. 3
    In a medium sized bowl combine Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese, artichokes, mayo and garlic. Mix well.

    Spread mixture on top of Italian bread.

    Bake for 20-25 mins or until top is golden.
