I got mixed reviews on this one. Two of us loved the homemade pastry crust and the other two thought it was kinda weird and would have preferred a potato crust. I actually preferred this cold the next day - it reminded me of a meatloaf sandwich which I love. I will def. make this again and maybe try a potato or hashbrown crust to see if they like that better. Thx for giving me something different to do with ground beef.

Loved this recipe!!!! This comes together perfectly!! All the ingredients fit into a 9 inch pie even though there are so many veggies and meat and cheese you think it might not until it does!! I made a homemade crust instead of the store bought (Vinegar & Butter Pie Crust) and kept all else the same. I really liked the chili sauce that goes with this, it gives the pie a zing!! Loved this pie, will make again and again!!!

Great recipe! I left out the green peppers and breadcrumbs(didn't have any), I added some sliced black olives, and I put the cheese on top of the meat mixture and then poured the egg mixture over it rather than mixing the cheese with the egg mixture. Otherwise, though, I followed the recipe as written. Easy, and it got my picky five-year-old's seal of approval - I'll definitely be making it again! In fact, I'm going to try to figure out ways to sneak more veggies in there to get him to eat them. Thanks so much for sharing this one!

Wonderful, absolutely wonderful! I followed this almost to the tee - had to sub in green onions for the onions, as I had none on hand. The only change that I would add is to use a larger pastry crust if possible. I would have liked my "pie" to not be as full as it was. This was farely easy and tasted sooooooo good! I will be making this again very soon!
