This is an excellent recipe. We all enjoyed it very much. I did decrease the ground beef a little and I used the Pillsbury Croissant Crust that another reviewer suggested. It really is a lovely pizza crust. I also used some pizza sauce as a different reviewer suggested and glad that I did. Instead of cooking the peppers and onions into the meat I put them on top which offered a nice crunch. Even though I made changes I am still awarding 5 stars it is just that good! Thanks for sharing. Made for Fall PAC 2009.

Very good pizza. I used my sourdough pizza crust and added some pizza sauce and it turned out well. Used red peppers and red onions. Wonderful pizza. Thanks for sharing.

I made this for the Summer 2007 Pick A Chef contest. I liked it a lot. I did make a few changes to it. Instead of onions I used green onions. I left out the peppers, since I hate them. I used Crescent rolls for the pizza crust. I like them than the bought pizza crust. I thought that this was really good. I just think that it needs a sauce or something to 'moisten' it up some. I think that you could really play with this. I think that it would be good with pizza sauce, or you could use alfredo sauce. You could use pretty much any type of sauce on this to your liking. I personally think a sauce would make this a 6 star recipe!! KUDOS to kittycara!!

This pizza was a real mouthful! It's loaded with meat and really fills you up. We drizzled a little smoky BBQ sauce over the top as we found it a bit dry without it. Would make again and try a sauce on the base. Made for PAC Spring 2009. Thanks kittycara. (-:
