A really great guy I used to work with would make this and bring in to share. We all loved it so much and would beg for more! Sounds strange with the grapes, but it's so good! Allow time for salad to chill.

my recipe is almost to the T but do it with 1/2 c halved green seedless grapes and 1/2 c diced red skinned apples (i love fuji or gala but granny smiths work ..just as long as they're sweet)....add some celery salt (a dash) and it's the bomb!!

I found this chicken salad to be great! A lot of interesting textures going on. I used toasted slivered almonds and the crunch really made the salad special. I added a bit of chopped parsley. Next time I'm going to try cilantro I loved this and I will definitely make again.

Excellent! I used leftover Thanksgiving turkey. I added dried cranberries as well just to keep the Thanksgiving theme going and it was very tasty that way.
