Recipe #129 | 5 min | 5 min prep | add private note

By: polar-express
Aug 21, 1999

Here is a good punch recipe for any special occasion. We serve this every year for Christmas Eve. It is always a big hit.

SERVES 20 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (small can)

  • 1 (12 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (small can)

  • 1 (12 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed (may use 1 small can pineapple juice concentrate, thawed)

  • 1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled

  • 1 (2 liter) bottle champagne, chilled

Directions

  1. 1
Mix the juice concentrates in punch bowl (do not add water).
  2. 2
Stir in the Gingerale then add the Champagne (do not stir after adding the champagne!)
  3. 3
** Note ** The large bottles of Gingerale and Champagne should be equal volumes (I use 2 L. bottles).

This punch is great! It's so simple, but people just didn't believe how simple it was! I made this for two different Christmas parties, one with the champagne and one with sparkling grape juice instead. The bowl was drained dry at both parties. I floated some orange and lime slices on top to make it look pretty. Thanks for the recipe!

It is a good punch, little bit on the sweeter side. I used two bottles of Prosecco instead of champagne, which worked well.

Excellent punch recipe! I used it for my sister-in-law to be's bridal shower and it was fantastic. Has the perfect mix of fruit flavor, champagne, and carbonation. I did add some food coloring to make it a more appealing color, but otherwise wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for a keeper!

I served this punch at a shower. The guests were mostly Food and Beverage people. They could not stop raving about this punch. It was very simple to prepare. I added a fruited frozen gingerale ring. It was fabulous! Absolutely the best! Can't wait for an occasion to serve it again.
