This is a very simple yet very tasty side dish.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    In a small sauce pot place celeriac, add water to cover.
  2. 2
    In separate pot place potato with water to cover.
  3. 3
    Place half the onion in each pot and simmer until each is fork tender.
  4. 4
    Strain liquid and place all ingredients, including butter, in a food processor or blender.
  5. 5
    Puree until mash has a smooth consistency.
  6. 6
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
