A great appetizer, that is served cold. Can be made ahead.Sounds fancy, but is so simple.

    Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes or until tender; drain. Chill.

    Slice potatoes crosswise into 1/4 inch slices. Place potatoe slices on a serving platter. Top each slice with about 3/4 teaspoon sour cream and about 1/8 teaspoon caviar.
