8 -9 parathas (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Sprinkle some salt over grated cauliflower and cabbage.
  2. 2
    After 5 minutes press and remove all excess water.
  3. 3
    Add all other ingredients and mix well, except oil.
  4. 4
    Roll a lump of dough and place a tbsp. of mixture.
  5. 5
    Roll paratha and shallow fry it.
  6. 6
    Serve hot with chilli garlic sauce or tamarind chutney.
