What a winner. Not enough cauliflower so added broccoli. Used mashed potato instead of bread crumbs. Seasoned with Parsley and garlic salt. Snapped up by 5 and 7 year old, and I fought for the leftovers.

I used ground gluten free bread crumbs and they turned out great! My veggie hating grandson ate three! Next time I'll only use one egg. Thanks so much for sharing!

I will definately triple this recipe the next time I make it. These were the biggest hit and we ended up fighting over the last one on the plate. I had a vegetarian Atkins dieting guest for the weekend. This fit the bill perfectly. I did not add the flour, but used a tabspn of mayo and lots of parsley. Also I was not serving them immediately so i put them on a parchment lined cookie sheet and heated them in the oven uncovered. They got so crispy on the ouside. My kids even ate these. Definately a winner, Mirj and not only for Chanuka!

Love cauliflower, and love latkes, so it stands to reason, I'd love these. Well, I did! Thanks Mirj. I think you've found a fan in me. Jams 18
